Key Responsibilities:
Controls and supervises training programs of equipment users to ensure proper handling of machines. Assists medical, nursing and technical staff in the operation and use of equipment. Participates with manager in defining and analyzing specifications and technical comparative data for purchasing new equipment. Reviews maintenance contracts of all medical equipment on a periodic basis, and coordinates between the Medical Engineering Equipment department and other Hospital departments to ensure effective and efficient operations. Supervises, schedules, and executes repairs and preventive maintenance of all medical equipment under his/her responsibility.
Job Requirements:
♦ MS or BE in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Medical field (Biomedical Engineering)
♦ 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar job
♦ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
♦ Good organizational skills
♦ Good analytical skills
♦ Good use of judgment and problem solving skills
♦ Good knowledge of spoken and written Arabic, and English / French
♦ Good Computer skills and Good knowledge of any software used in medical equipment
